The objective of Idea Street has evolved from finding new ways to do things and products to make this happen.  In order to achieve this we need to develop understanding of how to explain the benefits of the process around each change, whether in projects or products.  What this is about is getting things adopted - things work when people buy and use them!  Risky business change if they don't!
